| The Criminal Division of the Canton Law Department The Prosecutor's Office, prosecutes all cases within the Canton Municipal Court District and advises numerous law enforcement agencies during the course of their investigations. The Canton City Prosecutor's Office serves the following areas: City of Canton, City of North Canton, City of Louisville, Village of East Canton, Village of East Sparta, Village of Hartville, Village of Magnolia, Village of Waynesburg, Canton Township, Lake Township, McKinley Township, Nimishillen Township, Osnaburg Township, Pike Township, Plain Township, and Sandy Township. In addition, residents living in the above-mentioned areas may file private criminal complaints with the City Prosecutor's office as explained under Complaint Filing Procedures and Services. |
