Tips for printing PDF files

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view/print the PDF form, and it is probably already installed on your computer. Click on the link by the printer icon that indicates "print form here". If Acrobat Reader does not automatically come up and display the form, then click on the "get Adobe Reader" icon and download Acrobat Reader 4.0 (it is a free download)

Once you have Acrobat Reader installed, or if you already have it installed, the reader will pop up on your screen and display the form when you click on "print form".

Once the reader is open and displaying the form, click the print icon on the Reader or click File + Print on your browser to print form.

If the form does not print, click Print again. When the Print box comes up, look towards the middle/bottom of the box. There should be a line that says "Post Script Level 2" or "PS Level 2". Click on the drop-down arrow beside it and change "Level 2" to "Level 1". Then click the print button on the bottom of the box and the form should print.
